Hitboxes- need hitboxes for organs and stuff like that, and damage mulitpliers based off of that.
So my recommendation is to go to ark, and start modding that as it has full modding support.Ark is a great game with a lot of content, but it lacks the realism this has. So it looks like its not happening here, but i have noticed quite a few people asking for it which implies there is some people that want to help fulfill the deflated dream that is this game.
